1991-99




Served as advisors and board members to global leading business services firms and top-quartile private equity funds.

1999-2004

Founded Waterstone Management Group, an advisory business serving leading private equity firms and their portfolio companies responsible for over $200 million in growth and 500+ basis points in margin improvements.

2004

Established WMG Capital as a private investment vehicle for Waterstone’s founders, as an affiliate of Waterstone Management Group.

2006

Completed first acquisition under WMG Capital of The Johnsson Group.  The Johnsson Group provides business and finance consultants focused on helping clients design and implement their strategic and operational initiatives.  Services include Business Process Optimization and Share Services (BPOSS), Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), and Business Intelligence and Analytics (BI&A).

2007

Purchased CenterStone Solutions as a tuck-in acquisition to The Johnsson Group, strengthening its business intelligence and analytics capabilities.

2008

Separated WMG Capital from Waterstone Management Group, marking the partners focus on capital investments in business services.
