Mike is a Managing Director at WMG Capital and has over 20 years of experience in successfully developing and managing professional services companies on a global basis. 

He was a partner in the Ernst & Young Management Consulting practice and led an industry strategy and performance improvement practice in the Americas.  After E&Y, he was a Vice President with Capgemini for five years and directed the Management and IT Consulting Practice for the Global Automotive Sector (a $400 million practice).

During his career, Mike has advised public and private companies in strategy, market development and operations with a focus on the manufacturing and services industries.  Mike's results-oriented approach has benefited companies ranging from technology companies that are launching product lines and designing new sales channels to successfully helping companies emerge from bankruptcy by rationalizing their manufacturing operations and outsourcing non-core processes and functions.  Mike’s advisory clients include General Motors, Ford, UGS and Altran.  He is a frequent speaker at industry events and conferences regionally and nationally.

Mike is a member of the Board of Qualified Staffing Services, a premier staffing firm serving companies in the Midwest and southeast United States. He is also a board director and interim CEO of a Midwest-based professional consulting firm. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial and Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan and a Masters of Science in Management from General Motors Institute, GMI-EMI (now called Kettering).
