Glenn is a seasoned executive with deep expertise in management consulting and business valuation. He has more than thirty years of experience in wide variety of industry sectors including manufacturing, distribution, retail and transportation.

Glenn specializes in improving performance through re-engineering of business processes, organizational change, performance management and the application of technology. He is experienced in the application of management science tools that facilitate the analysis of highly complex business problems. He has strong experience and expertise in the development of return on investment analyses that are necessary to support a business case for improvement initiatives. He has extensive experience in business valuation.

Glenn currently runs his own consulting organization, Dalhart Consulting, LLC. Prior to forming his own consultancy, Mr. Dalhart was a Partner and spent over twenty years in management consulting with Ernst & Young. During this time, he focused on the manufacturing industries, served on the firm's national manufacturing committee and was the Midwest region manufacturing industry services director. He also spent eight years with a Chicago-based consulting and public accounting firm Altschuler, Melvoin and Glasser, LLP, as Director of Consulting Services.

Glenn serves on the advisory board of several management consulting firms. He holds a BS in aeronautical engineering and a MS in applied mathematics and operations research both from Purdue University. He is a Certified Public Accountant and is Accredited in Business Valuation by the AICPA.
